Personal training is very “personal” and each client comes to me with different fitness levels and goals, so I work with them as individuals to set goals and then design a customized workout plan.
Boot camp workouts are popular group fitness classes that combine intense exercise with group support. They’re usually done in a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) format, which alternates bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. The group setting can provide extra motivation and accountability to stick to your goals.
